Employer would pay 100% of membership cost for the employee. Employee would have the option of adding spouse/partner and/or additional dependents.
Employer and Employee would share the cost of membership. Employee
would also have the option to add a spouse/partner and/or
additional dependent(s).
A spouse can be added to the Corporate Membership for an additional fee; This can be subsidized by the Corporation sponsoring the membership or the fee can be billed directly to the employee using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Dependent children through age 22 may be part of a Corporate
family membership for an additional fee. There is an increase
in the dues for each 19, 20, 21 and 22 year old dependent.
