Why
invest in Corporate Wellness: |
|
| |
The popularity of corporate fitness programs
involving offsite health club memberships has increased considerably
since the late 80’s. No longer viewed as an
added luxury to an employee benefits package, but as an important component
of the benefits package. With many companies opting to share
membership fees with
employees, the costs can often be considerably less than first imagined.
Companies
should always make decisions on a cost/benefits analysis, many companies are
taking a much more progressive stance towards corporate wellness by incorporating
a formal program and partnering with a fitness provider such as Columbia Athletic
Clubs. We offer many options to make this benefit a reality
for your company.
