Front Desk Attendant – Pine Lake

Position Summary:

The specific shift that is available will require opening the club a couple days a week. This will require a person who is dependable, responsible, able to work independently, and is an early morning riser.

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for checking in Columbia Athletic club members and guests. This position is responsible for providing friendly service and creating a positive atmosphere for those entering the facilities. The Front Desk Attendant provides members, guests and visitors with programs and activities information, in person or on the phone and takes program/activities reservations and sign-ups.

Work is reviewed in terms of guest and visitor interaction/satisfaction, knowledge of Club facilities, activities and programs and the ability to interact and communicate with people.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or high school student.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older during the school year.
  • Six months’ experience in a customer service position.
  • CPR certified
  • Food Handler’s Health Certificate (as required by specific location)
  • Available to work varied schedule including nights and weekends
