Front Desk Staff – Columbia Super Range

Position Summary:

Front Desk staff greets and welcomes customers as they enter the facility and provides them with general information regarding prices, programs, policies and procedures within the Club. This position is also responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and routing calls to proper departments. Front Desk staff also sells tokens for baskets of balls; juice bar items and processes Front Desk cash or credit card for goods and services. Front Desk staff must have the ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision and make competent decisions that are consistent with facility policies and procedures.


  • High school diploma or high school student.
  • Six months’ experience in a position involved in the dispensing of information through personal contact and the phone
  • CPR certified
  • Available to work varied schedule including nights and weekends
