Member Services Assistant – Corporate

Position Summary:

The Member Services Representative is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and clerical duties. This individual will be responsible for assisting members, processing membership paper work, posting member charges and handling member payments to ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales. Some flexibility may be possible in schedule but generally looking for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurate handling of paperwork and ability to write in a clear, concise, and comprehensible manner.
  • Experience working in an office and/or customer service environment
  • Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new computer programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
