Membership Director – Pine Lake

Full Time Hourly: $25-$27/hr + commission

Position Summary:

The Membership Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the membership department. This position is in charge of conducting membership sales for Columbia Athletic Clubs and maintaining the high standards of customer service to our current members, guests and prospects. This position is to assure that all sales are conducted in a fair, professional and ethical manner. The Membership Director is responsible for marketing/promoting the Club and maintaining a positive public image of Columbia Athletic Clubs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three year’s experience in a business setting with marketing and sales experience.
• One year’s supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Fitness and health club experience preferred.
• College degree in health and fitness preferred.
• CPR certified.
