MOSSA GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES


MOSSA Group Power®

A 60-minute barbell program will strengthen all your major muscles in a motivating group environment with simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

GENERAL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES


Barre Fusion

Strengthen and tone your entire body with this barre inspired barefoot class. Weights, barre work, cardio intervals and core work will leave you as fit as a dancer!

Body Shred 425

Shed fat, define muscle and rev up your metabolism with this fun and effective interval workout. Class transitions quickly between sections of athletic cardio, core training and total body strength

Circuit Express

This is a fast moving circuit style workout using a variety of equipment. Exercises are timed with minimal recovery. You’ll feel worked out head to toe!

Cycling

Follow your instructor through a variety of drills such as intervals, speed, and hill climbing on our LeMond Revmaster Pro indoor cycles. This class is a great cardio workout and a lot of fun. New participants should arrive 15 min early for proper bike set up!

Flow Yoga

An active style of yoga linking one movement into the next with breath. This class includes standing postures, abs, hip openers, relaxation and more! Modifications and options are given to make this appropriate for all levels.

Friday Mix

Using a variety of formats, this class will give you a great total body workout. The workout will be different week to week and may include step, bosu, weights, mat work and more!

High Fitness

Aerobics is back! Choreographed, interval training with cardio peaks and toning tracks all set to high energy songs you know and love. Bigger, Better, Higher!

HIIT Cycle + Core

A high intensity 30 minute ride will leave you feeling accomplished and energized! This class finishes with 10 to 15 minutes of core work.

MuscleBlast

Get a total body workout with this high intensity interval style class with cardio intervals mixed with strength training!

Pilates

This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.

Perfect 10

Athletic cardio drills, total body strength and targeted core work divided into 10 minute intervals to keep you perfectly challenged.

Strength to Flow

Use a variety of equipment like hand weights, sliding discs, bands and body bars to strengthen your entire body then take it to the mat to lengthen those hard earned muscles with a yoga flow.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the connective tissues. In this style yoga, poses are held for extended periods of time. With continued practice, yin yoga can help increase flexibility.

Young at Heart

A workout designed to improve balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility for more mature members or those who want a gentler workout.

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Try the studio version or Aqua Zumba in the pool!

ZUMBA Toning

This class will blend two popular Zumba formats. Traditional Zumba combined with Zumba Toning will give you a total body dance workout!  The toning session will use light weights. All Levels!
