Water Aerobics

Aqua Motion

This class incorporates walking/rebounding in various directions, using various strides and specific upper body movements to get a balanced workout. This class is slower paced than water aerobics which makes it great for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia or joint replacements. It is also ideal for post surgery rehab, pre/post natal workouts and cross training.

Water Aerobics

Use water and special equipment as resistance to elevate heart rate, shape as well as, tone, and strengthen your muscles. You can make this workout as challenging as you want by using water resistance, speed, and equipment. Heart rate monitors are encouraged.

Water Cross

This class integrates the exercises of circuit training and speed intervals to improve muscular strength, endurance, range of motion, balance, and mobility. Pilates based exercises are included to develop core strength and length. The class ends with yoga-style stretching to enhance posture and body awareness.
