What is IMPACTraining?

IMPACTraining is an innovative approach to functional small group training. Participants will focus on moving in a 3D environment, and will learn how to incorporate strength, power, balance, and core in a way that leads to unforgettable workouts and undeniable results, as well as better movement and functionality in daily life. Using a multitude of functional training equipment, IMPACTraining classes are guaranteed to challenge all participants. Each class varies in focus style, but are suitable for all fitness levels. *Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the start time. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of the small group training fee being applied to the member’s account.

Note that IMPACT series classes are progression based and enrollment is not on a per class basis. Series are non-refundable within 24 hours of start time.

IMPACT CLASSES

IMPACT TRX Express with Michelle

This class is designed to efficiently work your entire body in 30 minutes. Learn proper TRX technique so you can get the most out of your workout. If you want to move better, challenge your core, improve strength, posture and balance, this class is for you.
Days: Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:35 – 10:05am
Fee: $15 per workout

IMPACT Work It Circuit with Sheena and Sylvia

Condition your whole body with this fun, fast paced circuit-style class. Every class will start with a dynamic warm-up followed by three circuit rounds. We’ll work all major muscle groups including Back, Glutes, Legs, Arms, Chest, and Abs with cardio and strength movements. Finish with a cool-down/stretch and you’re out the door ready to take on the weekend. Get ready to work it! You’re worth it.
Day: Fridays, 12 – 1pm Sheena, Thursdays, 12 – 1pm, Sylvia
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Pre-game Bootcamp with Nick

Want to offset the TV football season high calorie snackfest? This class will consist of high energy exercises that everyone can do such as battleropes, medicine balls, TRX, and many bodyweight exercises.
Days: Sundays, 9 – 10am
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Fit Lab with Aaron

This team training camp is designed to challenge the “usual” routine. Using sport conditioning drills mixed with functional training it is sure to get your blood pumping.
Days: Tuesdays, 6:15 – 7:15pm
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Metabolic Madness with Brandi

Hit the body with a healthy dose of high-intensity training incorporating short intervals with strategic recovery periods done pyramid-style. Transform your body with targeted movement complexes that are stacked together for an intense, challenging workout.
Days: Mondays, 10 – 11am & Wednesdays, 6 – 7am & 12  – 1pm
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Sports Conditioning with Brandi and Michelle

Break out of linear workouts with this fitness class that challenges you to move weight in all directions for a full 360 degrees of loaded movement. Push your performance in 3D – the way your body was meant to move.
Day: Mondays, 5:45 – 6:45am, Brandi & Thursdays, 6 – 7am, Michelle
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Pure Plyos with Bre

Plyometrics can best be described as a reflexive form of power training – exercises that are explosive and athletic! Pure Plyos is a half hour class of everyone’s favorite exercises; burpees, jump squats, power lunges, box jumps, and much more! This is a class made up of short intervals with lots of speed and strength. Come join us – but don’t forget to bring your towel and a water bottle!
Day: Mondays, 5 – 6pm
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT Hurricata with Aaron

30 minutes of pure work! Using dedicated work efforts designed to challenge even the most seasoned athlete ‘Hurricata’ delivers a serious heart pounding, calorie burning workout designed to push you to the max. Using a mix of Tabata and Hurricane workouts, Hurricata provides a total body workout with maximum results.
Days: Mondays, 9:15 – 9:45am, Wednesdays, 10:15 – 10:45am & Fridays, 10:15 – 10:45am
Fee: $15 per workout

IMPACT Chaos with Nick

All the elements to survive the chaos of everyday life are in this class with Nick, including strength, speed, agility, balance, and stress relief. We will be using the TRX, Ropes, Medicine balls, Kettlebells and many other great pieces of equipment.
Days: Wednesdays, 6 – 7pm
Fee: $20 per workout

IMPACT SERIES

IMPACT 12-Week Body Transformation with Brandi

Are you ready for true results? In the body transformation program we focus on all aspects of health/fitness: nutrition, behavior modification, effective exercise prescriptions, and accountability. Space limits apply.
Days: Mon./Wed./Fri., 8 – 9am (exercise component); Nutrition component is individualized.
Fee: $2,100 for full 12-Week Program

IMPACT 6-Week Winter Sports Conditioning  with Bruce

This course is ideally suited for Winter sports enthusiasts looking for a very vigorous work out. The focus of the course will be athletic and dynamic strength building combined with balance-focused exercises.
Day: Thursdays, 6:15 – 7:15pm
Fee: $150 for 6-Week Series

IMPACT YOUTH SERIES

IMPACT 4-Week Youth Sports Performance with Nick

Every athlete needs strength, balance, agility, core, power, and mobility. This series delivers just that for your 13 to 17 year old. See a difference on the field, court, or course next season. Space limits apply.
Days: Wednesdays, 4 – 5pm (series starts the first Wed. of every month)
Fee: $80 for series

IMPACT 4-Week Youth Agility and Coordination with Sylvia

Have your youth 8 to 12 learn proper movement patterns, work on functional strength, balance, and core while in a fun, safe environment.  Space limits apply.
Days: Mondays, 4 – 5pm (starts first Mon. of the month)
Fee: $80 for series
