Enrollment Procedures
- All class registrations requests are online. Please visit www.columbiaathletic.com/Youth Aquatics/Swim Lessons.
- Placement is not confirmed until enrollment has been completed and payment received.
- Request forms will be sorted by when received, as well as by Member and Non-member. Members receive priority.
- Confirmation of enrollment and payment receipt will be sent by mid-June.
- Those placed on wait lists will be contacted by email. Should space become available we will call to confirm before enrolling.
- When submitting your registration you will immediately receive an automated message stating we received your request. If you do not receive this message please contact the Club.
Payment Procedures
- Payment will be for all selected sessions.
- There will be no make up classes or refunds once classes have started.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation or un-enrollment from future sessions or classes must be received by email.
