Our IMPACT classes run in 8-week cycles, offered four times a year to align with the seasons. Each trainer specializes in a specific class, bringing their unique expertise and passion to the training experience. This structure not only allows participants to build a consistent routine but also provides the opportunity to develop strong relationships with their trainers and fellow participants. Each week, you’ll engage in dynamic workouts that challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility while promoting overall well-being.

IMPACT Class Descriptions
Tennis Conditioning w/Alex
This high-energy class is designed to build the speed, agility, and endurance needed to dominate on the court. Expect explosive footwork drills, rotational power training, and interval conditioning tailored specifically for tennis athletes. Improve your first step, court coverage, and match-day stamina.
Days: Mon./Wed./Fri., 9am
& Tues./Thurs., 8am
Strike Lab w/Alex
Strike Lab is a technique-focused martial arts class centered on precision, mechanics, and control — with zero contact. You’ll break down striking fundamentals, footwork patterns, and defensive movement in a safe, structured environment. Perfect for anyone wanting to sharpen skills, build coordination, and move with confidence.
Days: Tues./Thurs., 12pm
Hybrid Strength w/Alex
Hybrid Strength blends foundational lifting with athletic performance training for total-body development. You’ll build raw strength through compound movements while improving power, stability, and durability. This class is ideal for anyone looking to get stronger while still moving like an athlete.
Days: Mon./Wed./Fri., 12:30pm
Core & Conditioning w/Robin
Core & Conditioning targets your midline while elevating your overall fitness. Through a mix of core stability, endurance circuits, and functional strength work, you’ll build a stronger foundation for everyday life and sport. Expect to sweat, stabilize, and leave feeling stronger from the inside out.
