Bruce Bullard has been a trainer for Columbia Athletic Clubs since January 2001 and has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. He holds certifications with the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also certified in Trigger Point therapy. Bruce was drawn to the fitness industry, in part, as a result of years spent in the ski and windsurfing industry. Bruce teaches Gravity, Indoor cycling, boot camps and winter sports conditioning workshops. Bruce has skied, run, and biked competitively throughout his life.  Due to his active lifestyle, Bruce motivates his clients to be all that they can be at every age.  Focusing on functional strength training, core strength, balance, and flexibility Bruce’s clients see results regardless of whether they are training to play soccer, ride their first century, run a half marathon, climb Mt. Rainier, or simply improve their quality of life. Bruce believes that fitness can be improved at any age. It is never too late to begin and it is never too soon to start.
