As a busy mom of three, Erin knows personally how challenging it can be to make time for the things that matter to our health and wellness. Through her own fitness journey, she has discovered just how valuable it is to maintain an active healthy lifestyle, to both support keeping up with things (and kids!) and also to ensure time spent on oneself, and loves sharing that experience and message with others. With over a decade of practice in the fitness industry, Erin has learned to motivate and empower clients and believes anyone can be fit regardless of shape, size, age or genetics. When not at the gym, Erin loves spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, gardening, reading and walking her giant bernedoodle, Molly.
