Robin has over 20 years of experience in health and wellness and brings a diverse background that allows her to individualize training for all fitness levels and stages of life. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) and RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, specializing in weight loss, functional strength training, and metabolic conditioning. Robin is known for meeting clients where they are while making exercise feel fun, sustainable, and empowering through education. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, exploring the outdoors, and staying active, and is currently taking clients Monday–Thursday.
