Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is a great option for those who want the benefits of yoga, such as improved strength and flexibility, without getting down on the floor.

Gentle Flow Yoga

A slower paced and mindful practice linking foundational poses with breath and movement. Build strength, endurance and flexibility. A great class for everyone!

Kids Yoga

This class welcomes 4-8 year old and encourages them to bring out their inner yogini through music, crafts, playful yoga poses, books and cooperative games. Kids will build strength and flexibility, practice meditations and have fun!

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Energetically flow from one pose to the next while connecting breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility and concentration in this powerful yoga class.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the connective tissues. In this style yoga, poses are held for extended periods of time . With continued practice, yin yoga can help increase flexibility.

Yoga Flow

An active style of yoga linking one movement into the next with breath. This class includes standing postures, core work, hip openers, relaxation and more! Modifications and options are given to make this appropriate for all levels.
