10,000 STEP CHALLENGE:

Are you ready to step up your game and take on a challenge that will boost your health, energy, and overall well-being? Introducing our exciting 10,000 Steps Challenge – the perfect way to kick start your journey to a more active lifestyle this spring.

Challenge Details:

Duration: the entire month of April (30 days)

Objective: Achieve 10,000 steps per day and/or achieve the most total steps in 30 days.

How it Works:

  • Grab a fillable sheet outside of the trainer’s office on April 1st. This will be your sheet you use for the entire month.
  • Use a tracking device to tell you how many steps you get (Phone, Apple Watch, Fit Bit, Oura Ring, etc).
  • Fill your sheet out daily of how many steps you are getting.
  • At the end of the month, drop your sheet in the drop box outside of the training office.
  • Congratulate yourself for a month of hard work and commitment.
