This fall, from October 6th through November 30th we bring you the 2019 Fall Challenge!
Use this as your CHANCE to take control of your LIFE, and transform your BODY.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or increase energy, the Fall Challenge is for you!

What’s included?


• Personal/Partner Training (30 min., 45 min., or 1 hour) Choose 8 or 16 sessions, training once or twice a week.

• 8 IMPACT sessions

• Bootcamps

-Monday, October 7 | 6 – 7pm

-Monday, October 28 | 6 – 7pm

-Monday, November 18 | 6 – 7pm

• Body Composition Testing (additional cost)

-Test #1: Wednesday, October 9 | 10am – 4pm

-Test #2: Monday, December 2 | 2 – 7pm

Provided by BodySpec’s mobile DXA scan. Register directly at
www.bodyspec.com. $45 for one test and $85 for two tests.

• Train the Trainer event (FREE)
