IMPACTraining is your chance to get involved with the latest trends in Personal Training, for a fraction of the cost! IMPACTraining delivers motivation, accountability, and intensity with fun workouts designed for YOU. Work with a Personal Trainer in a friendly group setting, save money, and see RESULTS.

All Adult IMPACTraining Classes are $15 for Members, $20 for Non-members.
IMPACT Teens is $10 for Members, $15 for Non-members.

All IMPACT and other Small Group Training Classes classes require pre-registration. Contact our Fitness Director, Debbie, at debbiebr@columbiaathletic.com. or class instructor directly to get enrolled.

IMPACT Work It Circuit (was Circuit Training with Nora)

Work it for a total body workout! Each challenging session includes a warm-up and a cool-down, strength training circuits, and cardio intervals in a fun, group atmosphere!

IMPACT CAC (was Creative Cardio and Core)
This is a high-energy class that targets your core using unique and familiar moves. CAC uses a variety of props, such as weights, balls, bands, and bars to strengthen your core from every dimension and burn calories! A strong core is essential in the activities we do every day. It can also reduce the risk of injury, give your balance a boost, and improve your posture – making you look and feel leaner!

IMPACT Kettlebell (was Kettlebells!)
This isn’t your average small group training! Kettlebell training can range from total-body intervals to dynamic isolated movements. With the Kettlebell as your primary piece of equipment, you can rest assured that every muscle group will be challenged.

IMPACT Train and Gain (was Guys Night)
Tired of doing the same workout and not seeing results? Get ready to sweat with the guys Monday night in the gym. Train and Gain is a challenging workout combining strength and cardio. Using battle ropes, barbells, TRX, Kettlebells and dumbbells, you will use muscles you didn’t know you had! GUYS ONLY!

IMPACT Metabolic Madness (was SGT with Nikki)
Start your Wednesdays off on the right foot with this effective, functional, total body group training! By adding lean muscle to the body, you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories while working out and at rest. Use a variety of weight training equipment and cardio intervals increase your fitness level and change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected!

IMPACT Women (was Women Only)
Stay motivated and reach your fitness goals with women just like you! IMPACT Women workouts are designed to strengthen, tone, and energize you – and provide that much-needed girl time!

IMPACT Fusion (was Trouble Zones)
Fusing together the best of functional fitness training, Pilates, Barre and yoga, IMPACT Fusion focuses on those hot spots – core, glutes, thighs, and arms. All fitness levels are welcome to this dynamic, constantly-changing workout. You’ll leave feeling leaner and more toned all over!

IMPACT Teen
This is an upbeat class combining cardio, core and strength training. IMPACT Teens uses weights, bands, balls, ropes, and body weight to get moving! It’s a great cross-training class that will get your get your teen excited about exercise! Your child will gain strength, endurance, and confidence!

Other Small Group Training Classes

Sunrise Stretch

Improve flexibility and coordination, relieve stress, and enhance athletic performance with this gentle stretching class. Sunrise stretch is a great follow-up to your morning cycle class!

Advantage Sports
We train athletes from ages 12-20, helping them through this essential period of development by building good fundamentals and technique. We provide periodized, Crossfit-style workouts to develop strength, agility, speed, and coordination in the off-season, and maintain the athletes’ gains through the competitive season. Our strength and conditioning coach has all of the tools to help your athlete get an advantage over the competition!

TRX Jr. Tennis
Tennis-specific training to improve power, strength, and agility on the court. The TRX is a great tool for developing upper body and core strength using the athletes’ own bodyweight. Each workout also includes footwork drills, rotational power, and shoulder health exercises to improve performance and stay injury-free.
