Trigger points are tiny knots that develop in a muscle when it is injured or overworked. These triggers are commonly the root cause of most joint pain. Trigger Point Compression Therapy is used to relieve pain and dysfunction through applied pressure to trigger points of referred pain and through stretching the muscle throughout the compression techniques. Restore and maintain natural ease of movement with TriggerPoint! Limit to 4 people.
