Our full schedule of water aerobics classes, led by expert instructors, are designed to improve strength, range of motion, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Our aquatics facilities at Juanita Bay feature a 25-yard, four-lane indoor lap pool and a large indoor shallow pool kept at warmer temperatures for lessons. We also have individual family changing areas for utmost convenience and security.
