Part Time: $16 – $18/hr
Position Summary:
The Lifeguard at Columbia Athletic Clubs has responsibility for water safety. The major responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety of all participants. The Lifeguard will assure that all participants are sufficiently skilled and of appropriate age to utilize the pool facilities along with providing information to members and being knowledgeable of Columbia Athletic Clubs Aquatics Programs. Performing chemical checks to ensure the proper chemical balance in pool is required as necessary. Work is reviewed in terms of safety, enthusiasm and people interaction skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of age.
Excellent physical condition with good vision.
CPR/FPR certified.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified.
Available to work varied schedule including nights and weekends.
