Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Aqua Therapy

A rehabilitative class especially designed for those with back and arthritic problems. Increase strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

Cardio H2O

Use water and buoyant equipment as resistance to elevate heart rate, tone, and strengthen your muscles. A great workout with low-to-no impact.

Hydro Health

A rehabilitative class which focuses on range of motion while allowing the body to be free of stress on your joints. This class is great for stretching, toning and fun! Classes can be modified for physical limitations.

Water Aerobics

Use water and special equipment as resistance to elevate heart rate, tone, and strengthen your muscles. You can make this workout as challenging as you want by using water resistance, speed, and equipment.

Saturday Splash

Cardiovascular exercises combined with core and strength-building segments using buoyant equipment and the waters natural resistance for optimal training. Work up a good sweat in a weightless environment without getting overheated or putting pressure on your joints.
